How much is the shipping cost for the package?

The shipping cost depends on your location. Domestic shipment cost (Slovenia( is 3,9€, for other EU countries it is 4,99€. An additional surcharge of EUR 0.90 is charged for cash on delivery.

Shipping is free for orders worth EUR 49 or more.

How long does it take to receive the package?

Most orders received on a working day by 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same day or within 4 working days at the latest. In the event that a certain product is not in stock and the delivery will take longer than 4 working days, we will notify you immediately by phone or email. In the event that a longer delivery period would not suit you, we can remove the product from the order or replace it with another similar one.

The delivery is handled by Pošta Slovenije or the GLS courier service, mostly the shipments are delivered the next working day from the day of dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification that we have shipped the order.

Where is my order?

You will receive the package within 1-4 working days from the order. In times of big promotions, we ask for your understanding that the package may be delayed by a day or so. Our delivery providers sends you the tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your package on the website https://sledenje.posta.si/ If you do not receive a shipping number, you can write to us at info@clariteca.com and we will help you.

Can I order a package to my work address?

We can deliver the package to your permanent address or place of employment. If you want delivery to your work address, you must provide the name of the company and the phone number of the person who will be available to pick up the package.

Payments and refunds

Is the website safe to buy from?

There is no doubt about the security of thewww.clariteca.com website. The website www.clariteca.com uses the SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) and 128-bit encryption (encoding) for data transmission. The mentioned technology provides the most effective protection that even the most successful banks use to protect all online banking data. You will recognize the use of encrypted data transfer on a website by the locked padlock symbol located at the bottom of your browser’s status bar.

Can I pay for the products on delivery?

Of course! You can also pay for the products upon collection. There are also payment options by credit or debit card, PayPal, advance payment or payment on delivery.

I'm having trouble with the payment process. What can I do?

If you have problems with payment, contact us at info@clariteca.com. Together, we will solve the problems as quickly as possible.

Can I return the product?

Of course, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your money. For more information on the product return procedure, please read our Terms and Conditions, point 7.

The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the order is the cost of returning the items (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the price list of the delivery service). The item must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase) was sent.

What is the product return process?

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the product if you are not satisfied with it. To return a product, please email us at info@clariteca.com. For more information on the product return procedure, please read our Terms and Conditions, point 7.

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the package. The returned package should contain your information (name and surname, order number, address and IBAN).

Orders

How do I know that I have successfully submitted an order?

Within a few minutes after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation message to your e-mail address. After entering the card details, you must also confirm the payment in your online bank.

I entered the wrong e-mail address, what can I do?

The e-mail address can be corrected in our system. Please send us the correct e-mail address on info@clariteca.com.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order by writing to us at info@clariteca.com within an hour ater ordering. In case your order is already being processed, changes will no longer be possible.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What does that mean?

Please check first if you have received the e-mail in junk mail (“junk mail/spam”). If the message is not there either, contact us at info@clariteca.com and we will check where it went wrong.

Are Clariteca products sustainable?

We try to make the products as sustainable as possible, but at the same time safe to use. Our production is as sustainable as possible, and our products are also packaged in glass, which has a long life and is easier to recycle. We will be happy with your suggestions on how we can make the products for you even more sustainable and ecological.

Do you manufacture the products yourself or do you import them?

We manufacture the products ourselves and have complete quality control. Product formulations are developed by our founder Petja SKufca.

What is Clariteca's vision?

In the first place, that the formulations are effective, high-quality and easy to use. We want you to feel radiant and confident when using our products. Also, during development, we never forget that your wish is also for the products to be sustainable, so we adhere to the rule “less is more”.
